By using this website or sending us a quote request, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You must be at least 18 years old to request services through this website.

About our services

We offer regular, deep, move-in/out, post-construction and commercial cleaning in Framingham and nearby towns in Massachusetts. Descriptions on this website are a general overview. The exact tasks, schedule and price for your home or business are agreed with you directly.

Service availability depends on our schedule and your location. We may decline or reschedule a request at our discretion.

Quote requests and booking

• Sending a request through this website, by text, phone or email is an inquiry only. It does not create a contract or reserve a date.
• Quotes are given after an in-person visit, because every home is different. Any price we share is based on what we see and what you tell us.
• A booking is confirmed only when we both agree on the service, date and price.
• Details such as payment, rescheduling and cancellations are discussed and agreed with you when you book.

Please give us accurate information. If the condition or size of the space is substantially different from what was described, we may adjust the quote before starting work.

Your home and our visits

To help us do our best work safely, we kindly ask that you:

• Provide access to the property at the agreed time, along with any entry instructions we need.
• Let us know about pets, alarm systems, fragile or valuable items, and surfaces that need special care.
• Put away cash, jewelry, important documents and other valuables before your appointment.
• Make sure the property has working water and electricity.

If something is damaged during a visit, please tell us as soon as possible so we can talk about it with you openly and honestly.

Your satisfaction

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something was missed, please contact us promptly after your cleaning, ideally within 24 hours, and we will work with you to make it right, which may include returning to re-clean the area in question.

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information and may change without notice. Photographs and images on this website, including before-and-after comparisons, are for illustration and may not show homes we have cleaned. Results vary with the condition of each space.
