This website is run by Graceful Cleaning Services (“Graceful,” “we,” “us”), an owner-operated residential and commercial cleaning service based in Framingham, Massachusetts. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and when you contact us by form, text message, phone or email.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request a quote or get in touch, you may share:

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• Your town or ZIP code, and the address of the home or business to be cleaned.
• The service and frequency you are interested in.
• Anything you choose to tell us about your home, such as the number of rooms, pets, access instructions or the best time to reach you.

During an in-person visit or while providing service, we may also note details needed to do the job well, such as entry instructions, alarm codes or areas that need special care. Please share only what is necessary.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. These server logs are used to keep the site secure and working properly.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this website.

How we use your information

• To reply to your request, prepare a quote and arrange an in-person visit.
• To schedule, provide and follow up on cleaning services.
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders and updates.
• To answer your questions and resolve any concerns.
• To keep basic records for billing, taxes and our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.

Text messages and calls

Text messaging is often the fastest way for us to reach you. When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your request and your appointments. These messages are conversational and related to the service you asked about.

We will not send you promotional text messages unless you have clearly agreed to receive them. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. You can ask us to stop texting you at any time by replying STOP or by telling us directly.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only when needed to run our business, with:

• Service providers that help us operate, such as our website host, the form service that delivers quote requests to our inbox (Web3Forms), the lead management system run by our website developer, Eu Sou TS, which keeps a copy of each request so we can follow up, and our email and phone providers. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
• Members of our team who need it to schedule or perform your cleaning.
• Authorities or others when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our clients, our team or the public.
• A future owner of the business, if it is ever sold or transferred, who would be bound by this policy.

Cookies and third-party content

Our own website does not set cookies. Some features are provided by third parties, which may collect information under their own privacy policies:

• Google Maps displays our location on the contact section and may set cookies or collect usage data. See the Google Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts delivers the typefaces used on this site, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our site will continue to work, although the map may not load. Our site does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals, because we do not track visitors across other websites.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. If you request a quote but do not book, we delete your request within a reasonable time. If you become a client, we keep your contact and service records while you use our services and afterward as needed for billing, tax and legal purposes.

How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, including a secure (HTTPS) connection on this website, password-protected accounts and limiting access to the people who need it. Sensitive details such as entry codes are kept private and used only to access your home for scheduled service.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Massachusetts law.

Your choices

You may contact us at any time to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you.
• Correct or update your details.
• Ask us to delete your information, unless we must keep it for legal or billing reasons.
